For the project located in Newmarket, our construction company undertook the transformation of a large room into a rental suite, as per the landlord’s request. Here’s an overview of the project:  Room Conversion to Rental Suite: We converted a spacious room into a fully functional rental suite, aiming to maximize its potential for occupancy and rental income. This involved meticulous planning and execution to ensure the space met all requirements for comfortable living.  Bathroom and Kitchen Installation: As part of the suite construction, we installed a new bathroom and kitchen to provide essential amenities for prospective tenants. The inclusion of these features enhances the appeal and functionality of the rental space, catering to the needs of potential occupants.  Plumbing Upgrades: To accommodate the new bathroom and kitchen facilities, we implemented comprehensive plumbing upgrades, including the installation of new pipelines and fixtures. These upgrades ensure reliable water supply and drainage throughout the rental suite, promoting convenience and comfort for tenants.  Creation of New Entrance: In addition to interior renovations, we created a new entrance for the suite through the backyard.
